Project of interior of the lobby area within of 5 luxurious residential towers building in Danshui designed by arch. Hans Hollein.

It is a very articulated space including different types of rooms like restaurants, meeting rooms, leisure rooms. A strong concept is needed to diversify the design according to the function  and at the same time to keep all the spaces within a unique and strong concept. Since the building is facing the ocean  “the world of the sea” as a concept came up as a natural choice.Traditional materials belonging to the heritage of old harbors like wooden deck floors, cork and ropes are combined with futuristic materials like laser cut aluminum, Corian and SGX.

In order to promote the sale of the flats of “Sea Mio” building an exhibition is organized next to the construction site.  One particularly strong design feature of the lobby project is the suspended ceiling made of MDF panels cut by CNC machine. The wavy profile of these panels put together in a modular sequence recreates the shape of the typical big clouds above the ocean.

项目位于淡水海扬社区，是为一个共有五栋的精品住宅主理大堂的内饰设计。该社区由普立兹建筑奖得主Hans Hollein所设计。

社区附有大型的地下俱乐部，提供的设施包括餐厅及会议室等等。这一系列的设施由大堂区连接在一起。整体的空间规划需有效地按功能划分不同的设施，同时能突出主题概念，把整个空间紧扣在一起。设计师按社区本身面向大海的特性作为思考的切入点，使用了不少传统会在海边所见的元素，如甲板上的实木，软木，麻绳等等，配以其他较有时代感的材质，如铝，可丽耐面板及SGX等来注译一个属于新时代的海扬社区。

大堂的设计中其中一个最有力的设计特色是从天花垂吊下来的大型空间装置。由以CNC分别立体切割的MDF中纤板所排列组合成不规则的波浪面。海扬社区旁边设有展销厅，内亦有类似的空间装置，带出项目主题的同时为访客来不一样的空间感。
