A 14th-century architectural jewel of the Renaissance, attributed to Giuliano da Sangallo, stands as a masterful example of harmony and proportion, where volumes and spaces are balanced with remarkable precision. Spanning approximately 1,500 square meters, the building embodies timeless elegance and historical significance.

The project envisions the transformation of this former aristocratic residence into a contemporary hospitality destination, with the ambition of joining the Marriott Bonvoy portfolio. The conversion seeks to preserve the building’s cultural and architectural heritage while introducing a bold, modern design language.

At its core, the concept aims to bridge past and present—creating a seamless dialogue between Renaissance authenticity and cutting-edge aesthetics. By reinterpreting historic spaces through a contemporary lens, the development will cater to a new generation of global travelers who value both heritage and innovation.

The result will be a refined hospitality experience where history is not only preserved, but reimagined—offering guests an immersive stay that blends aristocratic legacy with modern luxury.

该项目计划将这座昔日的贵族府邸改造为一处现代化的高端酒店，并有意加入万豪旅享家（Marriott Bonvoy）品牌体系。改造方案在充分尊重和保护其文化与建筑遗产的基础上，引入大胆而前沿的现代设计语言。

项目的核心理念在于连接过去与未来，在文艺复兴时期的历史真实感与当代设计美学之间建立流畅的对话。通过以现代视角重新诠释历史空间，该酒店将吸引新一代全球旅行者——他们既重视文化传承，也追求创新体验。
