Custom made design of interior for a special edition of Arcadia yacht in collaboration with Dupont. Sofa pieces are upholstered in Alcantara and almost all horizontal surfaces are covered by Corian layer treated by CNC to render carved-in surfaces , back illuminated sections to highlight special areas, or strategically cut profiles to produce opportunity for sliding or opening surfaces according to the functionality needs of the region.

Dupont promotes the use of Corian for the industries of the yacht interiors in order to provide in one material-solution a range of design opportunities  within one overall clarity of image. Corian surfaces are accompanied by  an carved in orange profile under the surface to provide an iconic “fil-rouge”  aesthetic detail all the way through the project.

The styling of this project proposes a subtler,  more updated idea of modern luxury  that is more focused on quality details rather than ostentatious looks in order to appeal to younger generation of costumers.. Design of furniture and accessories are inspired by traditional  naval aesthetic material and motifs.
