Multi functional center designed to host some of the data-cenetr industries of Cloud DCS as well as  a business center and an educational research center  set up in collaboration with  local universities to  implement studies,  investment and start up  within the IT industry . The parametric design of the  buildings follows the  conceptual theme of the clouds  juxtaposed to  a system of terraces  which are also allowing a passage form one building to the other . Modern design green landscape  defines the ground floor . “brise soleil system “ adds on a sculptural shape to a standard inexpensive standard design building. Protecting at the same time the building form the exposure of the  sun.

多功能的总部办公室内，除了服务器机组和商业中心之外，也容纳了一个和邻近大学合办的教育研究中心，以进行业内的研究，投资和初创企业的创立等。

建筑物的设计遵循云层的概念意象，流线形的体积加上层层叠叠的外墙式遮阳，建筑与建筑之间则以天桥连接。地面是户外绿化空间，视角上沿用和建筑相类似的元素。横条纹的外墙式遮阳装置修饰了大厦的线条，同时有效减低了被太阳直射的损耗以及空调的开支。
