The repositioning project of a serviced apartment brand within a 6.000 sqm former university building draws inspiration from a modern interpretation of the classic Italian frescoes that once adorned the walls of Tuscany's palazzos. The contrast between these artistic elements and the clean, minimalist design of the furniture and rooms creates a harmonious balance between modernity and history. This type of space is highly relevant to contemporary hospitality trends, where large hotel lobbies are no longer the focus, and more emphasis is placed on spacious rooms. The existing building, in fact, doesn't allow for large lobbies, which instead take on the more intimate atmosphere of a lounge.

这是一个在前大学建筑中重新定位的服务公寓品牌项目，灵感来自于现代演绎的经典意大利壁画，曾装饰托斯卡纳宫殿的墙面。艺术元素与家具和房间设计的简洁、极简风格形成对比，创造了现代与历史之间的和谐平衡。这种空间类型与当代酒店趋势高度契合，如今大酒店大堂已不再是重点，更注重的是宽敞的客房。现有建筑实际上并不适合大堂，因此这里的大堂呈现出一种更为亲密的休息室氛围
