HQ is a 2,800 sqm mixed-use commercial space distributed across two floors, designed to integrate offices, a showroom, and a store for the company’s top management team. By bringing these different commercial functions together “under one roof,” the space allows Meituan’s leadership to test marketing strategies, develop new initiatives, and use the headquarters as an artisanal laboratory for experimentation and innovation.

The mixed-use interior is not open to the public and is accessible only to internal teams and investors:  showroom presents the full range of Meituan’s services and products, the office areas support business meetings and daily operations, and a prototype retail flagship—developed in collaboration with the coffee chain Manner—is being tested as a pilot for a future retail venture.
